Sable was born in Buffalo, New York. Sable entered the pornographic film industry in 2004 after moving to Los Angeles. In April 2005, Sable signed an exclusive contract with a top studio, where it was clear she was destined to be the next big thing. Sable was delighted to be working for a studio that put out such high-quality movies, noting that the first porn film she had ever seen was from the very same studio. Sable was a big hit, getting glowing reviews for "her sexual energy and preference for anal scenes and hardcore gaping."
